1. Adult-only service
Nek Humsafar is a matrimony service intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Minors are not permitted to register, create a profile or use our matching and communication features.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Nek Humsafar strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, store, request, promote, transmit or distribute any content or engage in any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, sexual solicitation involving a minor, and any visual depiction—including photographs, videos or computer-generated imagery—of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
3. Reporting safety concerns
Users can report a profile, conversation or content through the reporting controls available inside the Nek Humsafar app. Reports may also be sent to our designated Child Safety Point of Contact using the contact details below.
Do not email or forward suspected CSAM files. Report the account, profile or conversation and provide non-graphic identifying details so that our safety team and the appropriate authorities can respond safely.
4. Review and enforcement
We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action when we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM. Actions may include promptly restricting access, removing content, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, preserving relevant evidence where legally required, and cooperating with law-enforcement or child-safety authorities.
5. Compliance and reporting to authorities
Nek Humsafar complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law. We respond to valid legal requests and take steps intended to prevent further access or distribution.

7. Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate emergency service without delay. This page does not replace reporting obligations to law-enforcement or child-protection authorities.
